SCOUTS IN ACTION – RESTORING OUR ROOTS

🌿⚜️ SCOUTS IN ACTION – RESTORING OUR ROOTS! ⚜️🌿

📍 Victoria, Seychelles
📅 7th February 2026

The Seychelles Scout Association rolled up their sleeves and got to work at our old headquarters in Victoria! 💪🇸🇨

As we await the finalisation of our new headquarters at Ile du Port, SSA has decided to make the best use of our existing space — and what a transformation it has begun to be! 🏡✨

Scouts from different troops, guided by their dedicated Leaders and our Chief Commissioner, came together with one mission:
👉 Clear out years of accumulated, rotten and unused items
👉 Restore the space
👉 Prepare it for meaningful use once again

🛻💨 A total of 4 pickup loads of discarded items were removed! That’s teamwork, dedication and true Scout spirit in action!

This clean-up was not just about removing old items — it was about renewal, responsibility and respect for our heritage. 🌱⚜️

We are proud of every Scout who contributed their time and energy. The future headquarters at Ile du Port is on the horizon, but until then, we continue to build, serve and lead — right here in Victoria.

👏 Well done to all troops involved!
